With over 37 years of experience operating camps, lodges and outfitting safaris in East Africa, the New African Territories team has an extremely robust local knowledge based on first hand experience, making us a great partner to have on ground in East Africa. We are based in Nairobi, the team takes care of all the reservations for our own fabulous wild array of properties, Alex Walker's Serian Camps in Kenya and Tanzania, Tawi Lodge in Amboseli, Maasai Trails & Kitich Forest Camp in the Mathews Mountains, Olepangi Farm in Laikipia and Manzili House in Nairobi. The operations team arranges any other bookings and 3rd party reservations, flights, transfers, meet & greets and so forth.
Our long standing roots here ensure that we are committed to support this incredible continent that we love so much and our involvement in the safari/tourism industry is founded on a deep love and respect for East Africa.

Roaming like nomads, our mobility allows us to move with the migration. In Northern Serengeti, we set up camp in close quarters to the river crossings.
manzili house - nairobi
Manzili House comprises of two properties, the larger 4 bedroom house Manzili House, and the smaller 2 bedroom house, Manzili Ndoto. Both houses overlook the beautiful courtyard boasting a lush swimming pool for a cool off.
Each of our meticulously designed rooms come with a private verandah and it’s own en suite bathroom. Rooms can be rented separately, as well as the option to rent either house exclusively.
tawi lodge - amboseli
In the shadows of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is home to some of Kenya’s largest elephant herds. Five minutes from Amboseli Park & set in a 3,000 acre private conservancy.
Set on Kenya’s south-eastern border with Tanzania, Amboseli is a place of ever changing landscapes, from acacia woodland, giant palm forest, dusty dry lake beds, volcanic plains, to lush, cool, green swamps fed by the snowmelt of Kilimanjaro.
KITICH FOREST CAMP - MATHEWS RANGE
A truly remote & pristine wilderness in northern Kenya. Described as a ‘sky island’, Kitich Forest Camp is set deep in the magic of the Mathews Forest.
