Ololo safari lodge

Hailing from the far away shores of Australia, Craig and Joanna Chapman are the owners and managers of Ololo.
Perfect for the role of hosts with their affable and charismatic charm, they make staying at Ololo feel like home.
Craig’s farming background has led to the creation of an enviable organic ‘shamba’, where the fresh, delicious goodies are transformed into hearty home-cooked cuisine’

Tawi Lodge

Peter and Anita, a husband and wife team, are the new wonderful mangers at Tawi. Both have a wealth of experience and passion for the ‘bush-life’, Peter and Anita are a great addition to the Tawi team! Both of us are very keen wildlife photographers and use professional Canon cameras, including a variety of top class lenses. Peter uses long lenses as a preference whilst Anita prefers wide angle and macro photography. We look forward to assisting all our guests coming to Tawi lodge in improving their wildlife photography. Peter has other interests, including birding, large mammal behaviour and scuba diving, while Anita has an interest in photographing flowers, reading and scuba diving.

Alex Walker’s Serian

Roisin and her husband Adrian are the delightful duo managing Serian, Ngare Serian and Nkorombo, and have wrought out their home in the heart of the Mara North Conservancy. Adrian is in his element on foot, and a safari with him is as much fun as it is fascinating – an appetite for mischief ensures no dull moments, and an Adrian Allen adventure is one you’re sure to remember.
Roisin’s delicious creative flair comes out in cuisine: she is a natural tantaliser of tastebuds, and enjoys defying the constraints of bush kitchens, creating mouth-watering wonders by working with the ingredients at hand. Outside of the kitchen, she also combines her talent for photography with an insatiable curiosity about the world of insects.

Alex Walker’s Serian

Creator of Serian’s charismatic collection of camps, Alex was also actively involved in the formation of the Mara North Conservancy, and has wrought a life out of his adulation for wild untouched spaces.
Alex spent his childhood with his father’s trackers, scouting the bush of Southern Tanzania, Kenya and the vast wilderness of Southern Sudan. With over 25 years’ experience guiding and outfitting safaris throughout East Africa, he has honed his passion for walking.

Sabuk Lodge

“Verity has been leading safaris all over Africa since the early 1980s, and she still guides the odd safari now. She was the first female partner in the original Ker & Downey Kenya to be recognized as a fully-fledged guide in her own right. Verity has now chosen to make the beautiful Sabuk her bush home and this is her base. Verity’s enthusiasm & passion for the wild, becomes obvious in her creation of activities and Camel Safaris offered from Sabuk”
